- The information provided by you is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
- You understand that ALOTEB reserves the right to change/modify the rules and regulations relating to the application by it from time to time and you agree to abide by the same.
- The decision of ALOTEB in regards to granting or rejecting services to any course conducted by it is final and binding on you.
- You authorize ALOTEB to charge your Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank account towards the fee as per the authorization given by you in the Online Application Form
- You understand and accept that the jurisdiction for any disputes relating to ALOTEB is United Arab Emirates.
- ALOTEB will not be responsible for any damage suffered by you from use of the services on this site.
- Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

For cancellation, there is 12 hours window time before your appointment. We offer a half money-back guarantee for all services that was made and cancelled on our application. If you are not satisfied with the services that you have availed from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your service.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 14 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 5 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling.

For new patients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge of the new patient fee.
